A Muslim start-up brings you the must have Islamic app, Islam Intel.Islam Intel has one purpose; to help you engage with your Dĩn.
Our mission is to provide you with intel(ligence) about everyday activities relating to your Dĩn. It doesn’t matter if you think you’re a million miles away from Allah (swt) or if you think you’re close to Him, we want this app to be used as a tool to remind you of Allah (swt) through your own engagement in certain activities (however little or frequent).
Islam Intel allows you to record and track everyday Islamic activities1. The recorded data is used to provide you with real time charts so that you can see how you are performing. Not only how you’ve performed today, but how you’ve performed this week, this month, this year and beyond! Before you know it, you’ll have a long track record showing a cycle of continuous improvement in-sha-Allah in these activities.
You see, the purpose of charting your performance is to highlight areas for improvement while motivating you to continue to do better in the areas you are already strong in.
Islam Intel is not just limited to being a tracking tool, we have other quirky features too, like helping you to discover intel! One such feature that we have available for immediate use is the Prayer Time Limit feature. Initially, the app will automatically calculate the start and end time of the Tahajjud salah, so you won’t have to manually work out when the last third of the night is. We’ll add time limits for other prayers too, in the future.
Important: You will not find benefit in this app if you get complacent when seeing yourself performing well in something. The intention behind this app is to bring you closer to your Dĩn through continuous engagement with aspects of it.
1 The initial release of Islam Intel contains a limited number of modules to begin with. Based on the popularity and success of the initial release, we have plenty more features to add that we think you’ll love and benefit from.
